PTL:
Our Parent Teacher League is an organization that
is involved in the activities and programs of the school. It is
designed to foster fellowship, educational opportunities and
spiritual growth. Four PTL meetings are scheduled throughout
the year. The PTL also serves as a fund-raising agency of
the school. The major fundraiser is SCRIP. It also runs an
annual benefit auction in the spring of the year.

SCRIP Volunteers:
SCRIP is an invaluable part of the support of the school. The
SCRIP program offers the purchasing of gift certificates and
gift cards that each vendor then sends percentages of such sales
for the school. Vendors include restaurants, grocery stores,
various department stores, and other nation-wide vendors. SCRIP
profits are used in two ways. First, rebates are provided to
families who use the program. These rebates are then applied to
school fees each year. Secondly, the profits are used for
purchases and support of the school. This has included a pledge
to the school building program, school furniture and school
assemblies. SCRIP is sold at church in between Sunday services
and on Monday and Friday mornings at the school. You can call
the school on Mondays and Fridays to speak to our SCRIP
captains. If you’d like to volunteer some time to help with the
SCRIP program, contact Kristi Gieschen in the SCRIP Office.

Parent Care Group:
This is a special group of volunteers who helps make & deliver
meals to school families in need (i.e. parent or student with a
serious illness). They help welcome new families to our
school. They also help to celebrate special occasions for
families/students of St. Paul’s (i.e. baptism). To get involved
with our Parent Care Group, contact us.
