Parents Web: This is our main communication tool with our parents. Parents Web allows parents and students to view homework due, grades, and attendance.  All data is live and up-to-date continually. Some additional benefits are as follows (not all items will be available every day.

  1. Attendance - allows you to view all absences and tardies for your children

  2. Classrooms- allows you to view the current grade average (with details available) in each class for your children (all on one page).

  3. Family Demographics - allows you to view the demographic information we have on file for your family members; to make any changes, contact Mrs. Judi Parrot - school secretary

  4. School Information - allows you to view the faculty/staff directory with phone contact information and email address links.

  5. Newsletter and Downloads - Contains issues of our weekly school newsletter (Bear Facts) along with various downloads and links highlighting special events throughout the year; NEW this year, we will NOT BE SENDING HOME A PAPER COPY of The Bear Facts this year.  Make sure you visit Newsletters and Downloads from the Parents Web home page regularly.

  6. Lunch Menu - Our lunch menu will be easily accessible on the school calendar. Just drag your mouse over “Lunch” to see the menu items for that day (also available on the main website)

  7. Change Password - Allows you to change your password whenever you desire.

All school events are available on one calendar (along with directions to all off-campus events), whether accessed from the main web site or from within Parents Web.  Parent and student access to Parents Web will be from a link on the bottom left corner of our school web site (www.stpaulsfw.org). The first time you access Parents Web, enter our district code (SPLS-IN), your email address, and click on "New Parent Login". A temporary password will immediately be emailed to you.  After receiving the temporary password, go back to Parents Web, enter our district code (SPLS-IN), your email address, and the temporary password and click "Parent Login". After logging in, you will find a link to change your password if you prefer.  In order for you to access Parents Web, we must have your email address entered into our database. Missing or incomplete email addresses should be corrected by emailing school@stpaulsfw.org or by phoning Mrs. Judi Parrot – school secretary (260-424-0049).
 

We hope that you will frequently visit Parents Web, as this password protected area will give you the “inside scoop” of what’s happening with your children at St. Paul’s!
