GRADING PERIODS / REPORT  CARDS: 

There are four grading periods (quarters / terms) in the school year.  See “Calendar” for specific grading period start and end dates, and for when official report cards are issued at the end of each term.  A “hard” (paper) copy of the report card will be issued at the end of each quarter, with the 1^st quarter report card given to parents at the end-of-quarter Parent-Teacher (P-T) Conference.  All parents must schedule a 1^st quarter P-T Conference.  Following the 2^nd quarter, an optional P-T Conference may be initiated by either the parent or the teacher.  Conferences may be held whenever a parent has a concern or a question about his/her child’s progress.
